Policy

I’m passionate about providing high-quality content, and I believe in honesty and communication. I work hard to ensure that you love your content, and will even revise/rewrite content if needed (see my revision policy).

You own the copyright in full upon completion of the work. I do not request publishing rights or resell your content to anyone.

CT Content Writer guarantees that all content purchased by clients is 100% original. I use ProWritingAid Plagarism Checker on every page to ensure 100% originality. The only exceptions may include policy, legal or technical terminology and wording that would invalidate a statement if not used in an exact sequence. I will always communicate with you if it arises.

I will revise your content for free up to two times within 14 days of your order being delivered.

Once your order is either approved by you, or content is not approved by client within 7 days (see my order policies), free revisions will not be permitted.

Revisions are limited to the information originally provided on your input form.

If the need for a revision is due to a lack of information or misinformation provided by the client, I’m unable to revise for free.

Please allow at least 48 hours for each revision.
If a revision is requested outside of my 14-day window, or is due to new information being added, a minimum of 15% revision fee must be paid before we start work.

The revision fee does not include additional word count (outside of what was paid for initially). If you need me to add to the content, I’m happy to do so. Just contact me.

No refunds are given for deposits placed on account. Deposits expire within 60 days.

Abandoned Orders

It is your responsibility to provide sufficient information for your order after it has been placed using the input form provided (unless other arrangements have been made).

Changes to Your Order

This includes (but is not limited to) putting the order on hold, redirection of the content or topic, and supplying additional information.

Upon acceptance and approval of the work, client accepts responsibility for any further processes in which this work is used. CT Content Writer is not responsible for errors occurring in the content once it has been approved either by the client or by my system.
